What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check into Sea-bactical Retreat at 4 pm. Check-out time is at 10 am. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, to secure your booking at Sea-bactical Retreat we require pre-payment under the standard short term stay terms.
Is there onsite parking available?
Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests. Please refer to the check in details which will be forwarded to you a few days prior to your stay.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment by bank transfer, and please ensure that you include your booking details as a reference. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact us.
Is Sea-Batical retreat self contained accommodation.
Yes Sea-bactical is a spacious self contained apartment that adjoins a second property. It has a private entrance and out door area.
Is Wifi is available.
Yes, there is mobile phone coverage and Wifi available along with Netflix.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 14 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. If you fail to show up for your booking without giving us notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
